Mobile home park - lines of income (Vallue add components)
I am wondering what are the value add components in mobile home parks? In bigger multi family, we have laundry, covered parking and cable tv as other lines of income. When we buy the mobile home park other than increasing the rent for the land, what are the other things we can do increase revenue and increase the NOI?
