Hello. I am just getting started still building my Capital to make my first purchase. I am in the Maryland metropolitan area ( close to DC) area

What ahas been your experience with the Virginia market? And do wholesale , flip, or rent to own the mobile homes?

@Patrice Sykes I haven't purchased in VA yet. Still searching. I don't wholesale and don't deal in mobile homes. Only parks. I have SFH and small MFH in the Norfolk, VA area.
