After hearing the most recent Bigger Pocket's podcast with Christian Bachelder I was interested to start a discussion on buy boxes and how you arrived at yours.
Can you share what is your buy box, how you came to that conclusion, and if you do anything different that you think is important. EX: Do you use the 1% rule and then dive deeper into a property?
Does anyone have any experiences of going outside of their buy box and if it went well or poorly?
