Seller Financing Software
New to BP. Our company has a very large portfolio of seller financed houses and we have been operating for about 20+ years. Currently, we create a new excel sheet with the ammonization table for every customer. It is an old outdated way to do things. I also run a BHPH car dealership and there are hundreds of software's out there for tacking in house financing for cars. I have looked for a couple of years for something similar in housing but haven't found anything. Anyone on here know of a software that would work? It would just be for tracking, we collect the payments so I don't need that kind of software. Thanks!
