Hi had this property under a verbal offer. The owner accepted it. I then filled out my portion of the agreement and send it over to the seller. The seller says before he signs he wants to get his attorney‘s opinion and if there will need to be any changes. He gets back to me a day or so later saying change is needed to be made. I didnt agree with the changes so I voided the contract. He has not signed nor returned the contract but he is threatening to sue. After I told him the contract was not signed and I did not agree with the changes he claims that he has just signed it and he will see me in court. The seller cant sue right?
