Seller Financing Information
Hello everyone! I’ve been curious as to how to find seller financing for multi-unit properties to avoid going through banks and not putting much/no money down. I’ve read Brandon Turner’s post on it and grew more intrigued about it recently after the episode with Cody Davis. How does one search for and find those who offer that in Illinois, and know if it’s beneficial with the numbers. All information helps and I appreciate the resources in advance !
