Hello, looking for a resource or referral for assistance in 1031 exchange. Have a contract to buy a new property, and have a property i want to sell for reverse exchange. But need assistance from intermediary/attorney asap. Anyone have a resource/referral near Clearwater Florida area ?

Thanks. Talked to Dave. Seems like a great guy, and very knowledgeable. Long story short, mine would be a reverse 1031 which seems cost prohibitive. Will look at holding onto the one i want to get rid of until i can to a standard 1031.
