Best software for finding deals

Hi Guys,

I'm looking into software for hunting down a few properties. I have been looking at PropStream but I wanted to get some feedback on if the platform is the best or if there are better options out there? Also, any other hunting ideas would be appreciated too.

the local county auditor list + fastpeoplesearch.com + followupboss + opencorporates is a good way to get contacts and find deals.

Listsource is good too, but I definitely prefer Propstream.

@Joshua Janus thanks for insight. Very helpful. Do you think there is more leg work using your approach over PropStream? I’m totally fine with putting in the work but also trying to maximize time as I have a W2 so that takes up some bandwidth too.

Yea it definitely takes legwork but worth it in my opinion. You can develop relationships along the way as well.
