What Do You Consider High Equity?

Hello, all investors, and wholesale professionals!  Curious, when pulling lists to market to, in your particular part of the country, what Percentage do you consider to be “High Equity,” and why?

a) 40% or more equity

b) 50% or more equity

c) 60% or more equity 

d) 75% or more equity

e) Other % age

I'd go with 50% mainly because after that point, you own more than the bank does!
