City Code Violations

I have this current city owned I am getting ready to put an offer on. Are code repairs separate from renovation cost or would most of the renovations be factored in while fixing the code violations?

@Izaiah Daughton I normally build these into my renovation budget. Most of the line items are probably the same, although you need to account for permitting fees.

Thank you, will keep permitting fees in mind, I ran my numbers without thinking about permit fees have to rework the numbers, as well sorry for the late reply.
