20% down investment property?
Does anyone know any lenders that will allow for a 20% down payment on a multi-family investment property? Anyone I reach out to requires 25% minimum.
The lenders I speak to in my area are ok with 20% down. Granted, I'm in a relatively small southern town. Have you tried speaking face to face with a local loan officer?
