Need a good realtor!
Hey everyone! Im looking for a good investing savvy realtor to buy a property. I've talked to a few and it seems like no one want's to answer their phones past 3pm, or it takes days to receive comps/rent roll (if I even hear back from the realtors). Im just looking for a multi family from duplex-quadplex in order to use my VA loan. If anyone can help me out, that will be much appreciated! (San Antonio area)

We acquired a duplex in 78209 a few years back, in which we added value by reconfiguring the footprint and adding in unit laundry. The rents have been stellar with the updates both on the Short and long term side. Also seeing opportunity in the Edison/Beacon hill area with multifamily. It is a coatimundi! They are super cute racoon like animals.
