Any real estate investors in the Bridgeport CT area ?

Hello Bigger Pockets family,

I am currently looking to purchase property in Bridgeport, CT area. I would like to connect with a local investor. I’m not too familiar with the area but would like to get some valuable information on the market in the area.

I do not know Bridgeport, but it along with Hartford and Waterbury are probably the three hardest places to manage in the state.  I'd call Bridgeport in general D class for the town.  The Black Rock area is probably the best from what I've heard from other local investors.

@Jason Molloy - I own a lot in central CT (Middletown, Portland, Cromwell).  There are plenty of good places to invest in central CT.

Bridgeport house market is high. Good thing I bought 5 years ago. Bought last year and it’s making money. But not like the first one. I suggest going to Waterbury. That’s my next stop dependS on the market
