Finding Target Properties
Currently looking for my first BRRRR deal. Is it best to "drive for dollars", get in contact with a wholesaler/realtor, or let an app like Propstream do the work for me?

Why not do all three? The main thing will be consistently looking each day until you find one. Sometimes you end up finding more than you can handle by yourself.
