Financing a Wedding Venue
Hi all,
First time poster and newbie to real estate. I have been eyeing a wedding venue for sale - venue plus a guest house on 6 acres. I would take an active role in the day-to-day operations.
I want to bounce my thoughts of financing off people.
How does one respectfully approach the seller about seller financing? Listed at 2M, I could comfortably put down 10%. What are common terms for seller financing?
And what about DSCR mortgages?
Would greatly appreciate any and all thoughts and opinions.
