Hello there, if the buyer home never sold on the MLS , is it possible to still to possibly to put the home under contract or is there other opptions that i can take . Please help , please respond.Thanks

@Isaac Kaai you have several replies in your existing thread. Assuming the house has not been sold and the seller still wants to sell, yes, you can put the house under contract. Track down the seller, as discussed in the other thread, and make them an offer.

Yes, you can, but I've never been a big fan of pursuing expireds. Since they obviously weren't motivated for the 6-12 mo.s it was listed, I figure that didn't suddenly change over night.
