Anyone willing to make introductions to Wholesalers in Louisville?

Hi All, 

I've got a good broker and PM relationships in the greater Louisville area, but haven't been able to meet any wholesalers. Anyone have any wholesalers they'd be willing to introduce me to? Happy to pay a $1K finders fee if you can introduce me and there's a successful close on my end. 

My buy box is 4-15 unit buildings, largely $60-90K per door and the ability to come in and add value through updated kitchens, baths etc.
