Question for you realtor-broker/investors
Hi All,
I am going to be talking to a bunch of motivated sellers in the coming months and I wanted to get your opinion about whether it makes sense to offer to list and sell someones home as well as offer to buy their house as well. Does anybody do this? Do you have a problem offering to buy the house 25 or 30% below the market value of the house? Thoughts and advice on this would be greatly appreciated
