Marketing tactics for high-end homes

What creative marketing tactics or techniques have you used to attract buyers? We just completed a high-end spec home in Vienna VA. This is considered one of the highest income neighborhoods of the Washington, D.C. Region. We are starting to market it as the spring market starts. We are doing all the basics I.e. MLS, open houses,brokers opens, etc. what creative strategies have you used to drum up more interest and drive traffic? Thanks in advance. Roger
