Greatest areas for high ROI on Rentals
I am entertaining the idea of purchasing notes vs rental properties. I'm from Phoenix but willing to buy turn key properties in other States. Where should I start my search?
States with Deeds of trust vs mortgages are key here too. I want to be able to take action if my properties aren't performing.
