Selling Homes that is Not Yours

Beware if you are Selling Homes as there are individuals that will pick off your listing and post your home on Craiglist with false information and lead on individuals as if it were there own home without asking. 

Recently I caught Melodee Lucido of Bigger Pockets doing this with one of my listings.

Is there rules against this?
