Looking for Realtor in Avon Lake, Ohio
Just as the headline says, I'm looking for a realtor that knows the Avon Lake area very well. Need to determine the fair market rental price and fair market value for a piece of property. Will also need to either 1) list the property for sale or 2) hire said Avon Lake realtor to serve as an expert witness as to the property's value for a court case.
