Atlanta investor needs help in North Carolina

I recently put four properties under contract in North Carolina just to find out I can't locate a title company/ closing attorney to close my wholesale deal. The attorneys I spoke with say each closing must stand on its own. Basically I must fund first closing and then sell it to the end buyer. Help!
