I joined my local southern CA Keller Williams office 3 months ago and am finding interesting deals for fix/flip. Of course they get multiple offers but still have fairly good profit margin for experienced investors. I'm working on getting more investor buyers so I can get more of these deals done. At some point I'll start buying myself, again.
