sellers wanting to sell rental
I have sellers call me from time to time wanting to sell their property for top dollar with renters in it. So far I haven't been able to put a deal together like this. Input from someone that has had success with these kind of leads would be welcome.
Not trying to be offensive, but if you haven't done a deal like i'm describing please reply to a post by someone else. :D
