Do you dominate in your farm area? If so, how did you start and when did you realize you were #1?

I believery it all begins with a mindset and a decision. Wake up every day and dominate every aspect of your life and results will follow.

Yes, by accident pretty much.  Never planned to be the big fish in a small town, but it has it's benefits.  Once you are a known investor that has proven you do what you say you are going to do in an ethical manner, the other tired landlords will call and let you know when they are ready to transition out of tenants and toilets.

At first it was a lot of hustle and a lot of listening. An honest desire to help. I didn't know not to be reluctant.  If I didn't know the answer, I said I would get back to them.  I said "I hope that other thing works out for you.  If it doesn't and you're staring at winter and need help, let me know."  I am not the orange "NOTICE" marketer that brags about how cheap I bought a house for.   Taking sellers to the cleaners is short-sighted.  Be the one people can trust and you will wake up a powerhouse.  Good luck @Joeny Ortiz !
