Tips for MLS saved searches

I'm digging through my new found MLS access (and loving it) while trying to get the hang of it. What are some typical saved searches that you guys like?

I've saved larger 2/1's to potentially add a 3rd bedroom.

Obviously watch price change/back on market.

As well as watching things like probate and DOM.

Any other tips?

A few I like:

Pending's & Sold's last 7 days in a given area (use map, zip, whatever you like)

New, Active, Pending, Sold, Cancelled, Expired < $100K back 90 days (these are usually rehab specials or vacant lots)

Expired listings last 7 days in a given area

What are you doing with recently Sold? Looking for an investor who will make a quick buck?

What are you doing with expired?

@Shane Woods I appreciate you sharing!

Recently Sold is good for "knowing" comps in your area.  I want to know every property that sells in my area.  It helps me learn values, and catch trends.
