I was thinking of investing in Turnkey real estate in Dallas or Houston. Just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with turnkey investing in these two cities?
If you are simply a regular investor, what was your experience like and what areas did you avoid?
Also, how do you contend with what seems to be a very high crime rate?
If neither of these are good markets, I would be interested in knowing what you think is the best buy and hold market in the US and why.
