As a part time investor that has been just in the niche of flipping houses, I am trying to find some creative financing. I am using hard money, but cant qualify for a traditional mortgage or line of credit with the big boys since I am less than 2 years in to my business. I do not have the luxury of a home equity line of credit at this time. Any suggestions??
