I am living in Ann Arbor, Michigan and am looking for an Investor who is willing to partner and get me up and running. I have raised a capital to invest and looking to flip and further my education. 

 I'm anxious and have the desire to learn the RE business. I am a dedicated individual and determined. Any recommendations on how to get started?
