100% occupancy

MOI- 624 (would be ~1k, but I house hack)

looking to buy the abandoned 16 unit next to mine and rehab to bigger units. Sent a hand written yellow letter, so hopefully i get a call soon.

Any tips for a new landlord or how to go about following up on leads for yellow letters?
