Hello everyone!

I am in the process of buying a rental house (out of state) and need your opinion...

The deal is almost done but the seller is not providing me a Scope of Work yet.  So the only photos that I can see are from appraisal and inspection report.

Do people buy a house without SOW?  Is that a bad sign?

Personally I want to SEE what has been done. (not just over the phone)

Getting SOW is too much to ask?

So, if I read this right... you are buying a house sight unseen and are concerned because the seller isn't providing your rehab scope of work? Perhaps someone else who buys this way can help. It's not how I would conduct business.
