Does anyone invest in Raleigh? I'm trying to get a better understanding of North vs South Raleigh.
1) what impact will the new builds in Cary/Apex have on Garner?
2) has it become increasingly difficult to cash flow in north Raleigh on day 1? Even margins in Garner seem right but a bit more doable.
3) recommendations on property management groups in the area?
