Anyone Have a Multi-Property Spreadsheet?
Greetings!
I'm looking for an Excel workbook that is able to track multiple properties (of different types-- flip & rental) and accounts for holding costs (insurance/tax/etc.), debt service costs, LOC withdrawals & balance, and rental/flip income and tracks these figures in monthly columns.
I know. It's a lot to ask. Anyone have anything similar they're willing to share?
