Should I expect discounts from my realtor?
I've been wondering about all the overhead built in to buying and selling. Especially the 6% commission on each end, closing costs and all that. To all my investors and realtors out there - should I be getting a deal at some point from my agent? And if so, any suggestions on what volume or dollar amount this would logically take effect and still be fair to all of us? and if so, how to approach it?
