Best State To Invest In?
Hello everyone!
I'm currently a college student majoring in Finance and I was wanting to know your opinion on which states are the best to invest in real estate. I currently live in Illinois and I know the taxes here are getting pretty high. As much as I would like to stay local I think the best choice would be to move out of Illinois and invest somewhere else. My parents plan to move to Tennessee in a few years and I've researched a little about be market there. If you could give me any input you have I would really appreciate it!
