How many apartment units for 500k near Cleveland?
Realistically, if I have the 20% down payment to mortgage $500k in apartment buildings in the Cleveland/NEO market, how many units would this buy in a relatively decent neighborhood? I would need it to be turn-key, no reno. I know it's a pretty broad question and there are tons of variables, but in round numbers what have others been able to achieve in or near Cleveland, OH?
