Home equity for down payment
I'm looking to buy 3 unit and 6 unit apartment house investments for cash flow in MA., RI., and CT. area. Along that area off I 95.
I bought a house 2 years ago at a short sale for my primary residence. It has a bit of equity in it now. My question is, Should I use my equity for down payment on other property? I'm doing a ton of landscaping to my place now and my savings is low. Thanks for your support.
