Grandfathering ability to lease townhome in future sale
Had a quick question. I was wondering if you know if it is possible to grandfather the ability to lease a townhome for future sales? I'm considering buying a townhome that will be leasable under my ownership, but want to ensure the ability to pass this on to future buyers.
