Scam or not
Quick question about identifying a scam. I found a duplex on Craigslist for $20,000 on 18th and Center St in Milwaukee. It's a for sale by owner and its claiming to be for a nonprofit and includes a vacant lot next to it. How can I decipher if this is legit? I have the "to good to be true feeling."
Any advice would be great.
