Residential vs Commercial properties
Hey guys! I was having trouble with the topic of the legalities of how residential and commercial properties are taxed. Is it true that any property above 4 units is taxed as a commercial property, and any property 1-4 units is taxed as a residential property?
Please correct me if I'm wrong, and add any additional info. You may know about the differences between commercial and residential properties!
