Yellow Letter She Wants A Home For Her 88 Year Old Mother
Letter said looking to buy in my neighborhood...no exact address of my house...same basics... are you tired of repairs or tenants but the difference was she was looking for a home for her 88 year old mother that would be near her so would not be stressful for her mother to move...haha kind of like the car for sale that grandma only drove to church on Sunday but it did get my attention...
