Purchasing a rehab in a 55+ community?
I am looking for info on purchasing in a 55+ community. I am looking to flip a 2-2 in a 55+ community but I am not over 55. Does anyone have experience purchasing in 55+ communities? Will the association allow a flipper to purchase a property as long as the flipper knows they have to sell to people over 55? Is there a standard for this or is it up to the individual association?Any insight would be great!
