Is it good to refi with hml after purchase?
I'm in this situation where I have to purchase with cash. HML will not fund due to purchase from wholesaler so I will have to fork up with cash to close and refi with hml. Is this a good idea? Currently I don't have the two year income statements to go with a traditional lender anyways.
How hard is it to get a house refi with a private lender after close of escrow anways?
