Alternatives Program (HAFA) . . another correction?

Hi,

I heard about this Alternatives Program (HAFA) coming into effect in April. I am also getting a lot more offers accepted that I didn't have before so I am suspicious . . .that's my nature btw.

I am thinking it might result in a lot more inventory at reduced prices, meaning another downturn?
