I am in the process of buying a foreclosure property. I drove by and there is now a condemned notice in the door. Am I able to contest this even though I do not yet own the property or do I need to just deal with the outcome?

@Shawn Norman There are seven coffee shops within walking distance. Do you go to the one with roaches? Skip this one and look for an actual deal. If there is a condemned notice on the door, it takes more to fix it up than to find an actual good deal.
