I market for leads in the San Antonio area, and today I received a decent lead on a home in Corpus Christi, Texas near Everhart & 357. I don't have the ability to get any decent comps and don't really know the market. I'm looking for an investor who might be looking to pick up a 3/2 single family rental home, a wholesaler who wants to do some legwork for me and split the wholesale fee, or an agent who can help me on the ARV & Rental comps down in that area. Even better if someone would be willing to walk the home for me.
