Rentals under the 1% rule
Is anyone investing in single family homes that are under the 1% rule? In my area the only homes that fall under the 1% rule are small 2 bedroom vinyl houses in bad neighborhoods. Ideally I'd like to invest in 3 bedroom brick homes for the Long haul. I'm not looking to quit my day job just looking to invest outside of the stock market but also don't want to be negative every month.
