I have been buying real estate in Houston for the past 5 years. Looking for a new city to cash flow with putting 20% down towards a prop Houston Taxes are to high right now about 2.52%.
What are some cities I can have some good cash flow at? I got 150k to invest with. Give me some of your scenarios you currently have. Thanks for the input in advance and also reply with the # of rental units you have thanks.
Hi! I'm an agent in San Marcos and can show you a condo that I think would be a good investment/rental property due to proximity to Texas State. Hays county is also close to 2.5% tax rate but this unit does cash flow positive (7% return) assuming sales price of $140K and 30 year mortgage at 4.5% APR (investment loan + condo rate hits).
