I've been looking for a lot of ways to search for houses outside of the MLS. I came across a house on the sheriff sale that they'll be auctioning off soon. I got the homeowners name from the assessor's office, but there's one problem. He commuted suicide a year ago after he tried to kill his wife. What would be the best way to get in touch with the wife and how would you go about getting this deal closed ? Any advice will be helpful.
I suggest Ms. Cleo...wait, I think she's dead too. Maybe a Ouija board?
Can't you look for her name in assessor's records? If she owns another property her address might be there in the deed. Just a thought.

@anshu sanghi , the husband was the primary owner. I don't see her name listed on the site. They just refer to her as "wife" in the article. No name reference at all.
